  2. Fly to the Lower Zambezi

    Fly to the Lower Zambezi

    Morning charter flight to Royal Airstrip, then a 45-minute road transfer along the Zambezi to the lodge. Settle into a riverside suite. Afternoon boat cruise on the river — hippo pods, fish eagles, an unhurried first sundowner.

    Canoe the Zambezi

    First-light coffee on the deck, then half a day on the river by canoe — paddling through the channels and islands, eye-level with elephant and buffalo on the banks. Afternoon at leisure or an optional game drive on the floodplain.
