Our smaller sister to Mfuwe Safari Lodge — four canvas-and-thatch tents tucked into a quiet bend of the Luangwa, an hour’s game drive from the busy section of the park. Walking starts at first light. Vehicles only when the day calls for it.
We built Luangwa Bend for the second-trip safari traveller — the guest who has done the classic game-drive lodge once and is ready for something quieter, more on-foot, more self-contained. There’s no phone signal, no schedule, no neighbouring camp. Dinner is served wherever the day ends.
